Are you looking for a fresh and different Bachelorette Party idea?

A couple of years ago one of my dear friends got married.  She is this amazing, leopard print wearing, 80’s listening, dog loving, dancing queen,  pixie-sized woman with a wicked sense of humor, and I had the wonderfully special title of Maid of Honor at her wedding.  Therefore I was in charge of not only writing a humorous-yet-touching toast but, almost more importantly, planning the bachelorette party.  I went with the classic combo of limo and lemon drops and stuffing $1 bills into buff boys’ spandex fantasy outfits to celebrate her last few days of ‘freedom.’  Needless to say she and I have lots of photos in our secret archives that prove we had a fantastic time  

Fast-forward to the present, and I am once again the Maid of Honor for another amazing friend.  I knew the toast would be a piece of cake because of all the hilarious stories I have to choose to from!  For the party, however, I was struggling to find an idea that was fresh and different.  I wanted to host  an event where we could all have fun and connect, but also have it be more memorable and creative than the first rounds of parties we had already experienced in the past.  Then it hit me – boudoir!  Groups of two or three women often come in to the studio together for their own separate boudoir photo sessions, and they always have a total blast laughing, drinking champagne, and getting pampered by our professional staff.  Given the past experiences of women in the studio, I knew that the bride-to-be and her friends would love getting together for a photo session.

We have already started to book up a number of boudoir photography sessions for later in the year which is super exciting.  Knowing that some of our clients like to plan we just sat down and mapped out the first round of dates for our promotion weekends for the coming months.   So Seattle ladies, if you looking for the perfect ego boast and want to have a whole lot of fun creating some beautiful, sexy photographs of yourself give us a call or contact us.  Full details of the dates can be found here.

Boudoir Photography weekends announced

As we setup our Seattle photography studio this morning for our busy boudoir weekend Jennifer and I have scheduled our next series of fun boudoir days.   If you are a new visitor to us we take great care to ensure that your experience is very encouraging and supporting, very comfortable and relaxing, safe and professional and a whole lot of fun!  If you get a chance make sure you check out a video that we put together to show a glimpse of what’s its like.   Our next dates are

• Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd
• Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th
• Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th
• Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, July 26th

If you can’t make one of the exact dates listed, please give us a call anyway, if we get enough demand we might try and add an extra day close to these dates.

We promise to make your boudoir experience relaxing and fun. Feel free to bring in your favorite music on your iPod and a friend if it helps you feel at ease.   Of course we will supply the drinks and snacks to help as well.  Our special days are just $295 including hair, makeup and photography time.  Feel free to check out our boudoir packages as well.  If you have a girlfriend that wants to take part too,  we will give you $100 off for the second appointment.

Last two boudoir photography sessions available for this weekend

The team is gearing up for our next boudoir photography weekend in Seattle.  Tomorrow morning we convert our usual photography studio into a boudoir boutique and we start working with our new clients tomorrow afternoon.   Just in case you happen to be free we have two free sessions on Sunday afternoon, the two times are 3.30pm and 5.30pm.   I know this is last minute and what with Seattle weekend weather forecast of sun (YES!) you might want to be outside, but if you are interested just give Jen a call at (206) 250 6903 and she can get things scheduled.

A couple of sessions are still available for our second valentines boudoir day

Our first valentines boudoir day is almost fully booked

I’m excited to say that our first Valentine Boudoir Day is almost fully booked.   We start this Friday , the 16th of January in our photography studio in Seattle, at 11am and then our last session starts at 6.30pm.  We do have one slot open early afternoon so if you are interested please get in contact straight away.   Our second day, January 25th still has openings so if you are interested but maybe not sure, why not give Jennifer a call at 206 250 6903.

Valentine’s Boudoir Photography Days

Are you looking for a unique and intimate gift for Valentines Day for either your partner or maybe a gift for yourself to celebrate the start of the year?   I can’t imagine there are many more personal gifts than some beautiful boudoir photographs of yourself.  Jennifer and I have just set two dates in January for our Boudoir Days designed for our Seattle clients looking for perfect Valentines gift.  Boudoir photography is one of the most intimate yet tasteful portraits where you can express your individuality, beauty and sensuality.  No matter what shape or size, the human body is an amazing art-form to capture.  Boudoir photo sessions are focused on creating beautiful and artistic photographs you can feel proud of, whether your goal is personal empowerment, or having a unique gift to share with a loved one.

Our Valentines Boudoir Photography Days includes

• an appointment with one of our boudoir consultants to discuss your goals for your session and of course to discuss outfits.
• hair and makeup with Jennifer who will work to create your desired look, whether it be sweet and innocent, or sexy and sultry.
• your own personal photography session with Phil and his team of women assistants.
• your own private viewing meeting to review your photographs where you get to select your favorite photographs and discuss with one of our boudoir consultants how to best display your photographs.

We promise to make your boudoir experience relaxing and fun, and encourage you to bring in your favorite music, a friend if it helps you feel at ease.   Of course we will supply the champagne and snacks to help as well.

The two confirmed dates are Friday, January 16th and Sunday, January 25th.  The price for our Valentines special is just $195.

Announcing our holiday special

We are pleased to announce that our holiday boudoir photography special is now available.   This holiday special is available for one day only, Sunday, December 14th, so booking immediately is recommended. The cost of $195 includes hair, makeup, your photo session and of course, champagne and snacks. You can feel free to bring a friend with you as well, if that will help you feel most comfortable.

Jennifer will begin the session with your image consultation and then completion of hair and makeup appropriate for your desired look, whether it be sweet and innocent, or sexy and sultry. Jennifer specializes in enhancing natural beauty, using both creative modern and classic vintage styling techniques. Then, Phil, and his team of female assistants, will take over to create beautiful, artistic and unique photographs for you. Don’t worry, it’s natural to be a little nervous in front of the camera, and how much you show is completely up to you. We are here to help you celebrate your body, but our top priority is for you to feel comfortable throughout the creative process.   After the session, we will schedule your own preview session where you can pick your favorite photographs from the session and decide how you want to display them. If you have a girlfriend that you think might be interested, add an extra $100 and we would be delighted to work with both of you.
