Ms M came into our studio a while ago and I’m super happy to report that she gave us permission to use her photographs online.  Like many of our clients she is a military lady although you would never guess it looking at these beautiful and sexy photographs.   Nicole and I both did a double take when she came back into the studio for her Preview Meeting in her military greens, just so differant from her lingerie!  I just love the outfit choices that she came in with and the colors popped so well contrasting with her beautiful fair skin.    Happy Friday everyone :)

It’s time for your personal “Studio Tour”!

You’re entertaining the idea of a boudoir photography session and you’re thinking about doing it at Seattle Boudoir Photography.  You’re also more than a little nervous about being in front of strangers in less than your usual sweats and a tee. Well, at Seattle Boudoir Photography, we as a team understand this. This is why we’d like to invite you to our Belltown photography studio for your own personal and private studio tour.   And we’d like to sweeten the deal by giving you complimentary champagne & strawberries.

We know that if you’re thinking about doing this, than chances are that this is going to be a very meaningful experience for you (and possibly a loved one). A studio tour will give you the chance to meet the team pre-shoot, peruse products and of course, ask as many questions as you think of. From pricing to wardrobe selection and styling to ideas of how to present such a fantastic gift and so on. So come by for your exclusive, “Bubbles and Berries” tour and the only requirement… that you bring a friend. Girlfriend, boyfriend, doesn’t matter. Who wants to have champagne and strawberries alone?  I know you don’t. See you soon!

So pick up the phone or log into your email to connect with Nicole and schedule your studio visit today.  Here’s a quick sneak peak of our fun entry way into the studio.

We can’t wait to hear from you! Hugs and Kisses! Nicole :)

Check out Ms S awesome array of props

Ms S is stunningly beautiful and an outdoor enthusiast.  For her boudoir shoot she did not bring much that would be considered standard, but she really nailed her wardrobe by using an array of awesome props.  She went with a range of outfits that really represented her personality and interests, from a pair of skis to a climbing harness replete with D-rings and a helmet!  So far she is the only one who has brought that combination of pieces in, so we really had fun with the creativity of it all.  It just goes to show that a boudoir shoot is truly about highlighting you, and that is one of the sexiest things that can be captured in a photograph.

The Proposal – a really romantic valentines weekend!

We were incredibly busy before Valentine’s Day. In fact we were crazy busy until the very last second. We had girlfriends and wives giving gifts to their men. We had women in the military giving “I hope this tides you over” albums.   We had a few couples’ shoots.   It was so much fun and we loved working with all of our wonderful clients.

One of the highlights for us was a marriage proposal that actually happened in our photography studio in Seattle.  Aaron contacted me about a month before their session via email wondering if he could set up a boudoir photography shoot for himself and his girlfriend, Shayla.  He was coming into town for a conference and planned to fly Shayla up for a romantic valentine’s weekend away.  As I worked with Aaron on scheduling and planning their session he told me that he had decided to propose to Shayla directly after their shoot.  Let me just say that two emails into this mission, I wanted an Aaron all my own. He was so into it, so in love and so excited.  A few emails and a few phone calls later it was on! I just had to get the entire team on the same page. Oh the stress… Don’t slip up, don’t ask the wrong question, don’t do this and don’t say that. I swear I was as nervous as Aaron. Ok, not quite but come on.

So the finishing touch in our little plan was to finish up the shoot and present Shayla with a “thank you” gift from the team which wasn’t actually from us, but contained a beautiful engagement ring that Aaron had helped design for her.   We queued a special song on Aaron’s iPod, which he sang, played instruments for and re-recorded in his mini home studio by , we all got out of the way of the video camera and each and every one of us proceeded to cry, cry and cry some more.   The specifics are a little hard to hear above the music and the crying, but the gist of what is heard is ….. Crying..  Aaron:  “So now you don’t speak …. …… ….. We are obviously sole mates …. ….. ….  I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?”  Shayla nods her head weeping.  And here you have it, the most romantic thing that has happened at Seattle Boudoir Photography thus far…

Guys, for Valentine’s Gifts think outside of the box (of chocolates)

Hey Fellas, it’s Melissa here from Seattle Boudoir Photography.

It’s that time of the year when all of the stores are filled with the same old boxes of chocolates and cuddly white teddy bears. So why would you get her the same gift as everyone else, or worse yet, the same gift that you gave last year, and the year before that, and the year before that….?  Ah, that’s right. You wouldn’t AND shouldn’t! The thing is, your girl is special. You know it, and we know it.  That’s why the Team here at Seattle Boudoir has suited up in our Cupid gear to help you out with this year’s gift.

We want to help you give her the gift she really wants.  And between you and us, it’s okay for you to want these photos just as much as her.  It’s an experience she will never forget, and she’ll have the photos to prove it.  Our Boudoir sessions include professional hair, makeup, styling, yummy hors d’oeuvres and bubbly. We’re all about making her look and feel like the gorgeous woman that you, and I, know she is. The result is sexy photos for both of you to enjoy, and of course, this will make you her hero. You want to be the hero, right?

So here’s the deal, all you need to do is buy a Boudoir session for her and our Team will take care of the rest.  We’ve even created a Valentine’s Day Special that will make a perfect gift.  But, whatever session or package you choose, we’ll create a beautiful gift certificate for you to give her on the special day.

To go ahead and book, or to get some more details about us, give us your details and we’ll get back to you.   If you want to see how much fun she will have, click on this quick video below.

Don’t wait to the last minute like you always do :)    Contact us soon, Melissa.

Seattle Boudoir Photography Preview of Ms E

Ms E was so much fun to work with!  Her personality was relaxed and open, and that comes through in her lovely photographs.  She did, however, stretch us to the max.  The max height that is.  You should have seen the platform heels she was navigating in – we were all very impressed!  We had to raise our curtain stands as high as they could go because, in those shoes, she was one of the tallest clients we have ever had.  And, of course with those legs, we had to get some great standing shots!  Suffice it to say that I’m sure her boyfriend enjoyed his gift very much :)

Ms E was kind enough to let us post some of her photos, so here are a few!   We will have more coming soon to the main gallery.
